Crescent Cottage Charmer
For this charming cottage renovation, we transformed the flat ceiling into a vaulted ceiling and opened up the living, dining and kitchen areas to increase the sense of space. A new TV-watching alcove further increased the home’s flow and functionality.

Tsawwassen’s oceanfront location provides the perfect backdrop for entertaining in this home with a new fireplace, full bed and bath renovation, reconfigured modern kitchen, two new decks of composite decking and lots of hangout space for a growing family.
Post and Beam Revival
This whole-home renovation with a new addition featuring post-and-beam construction brought the property up to code while cleverly reusing timber. The end result is a stunning living space with a large, covered outdoor seating area.
