We know that longevity and integrity go hand-in-hand
We believe that a good homebuilder doesn’t just build a house, they add value to a community. Our family has been part of the South Delta community since 1948, and our homes have been sheltering families for nearly half a century. Under our roofs, our friends and neighbours – and their friends and families – have built their lives, invested their wealth, and planned their dreams. Our connection to our community runs so deep that we’ve even built homes for three generations of the same family!
It’s not a responsibility we take lightly. That’s why our passion for doing things right is also a passion for dealing fairly and honestly, creating things that last, and looking after the people we care about.
We don’t just do business in our community, we support the people in it, sponsoring, fundraising, and volunteering for local youth baseball and hockey teams, the Delta Hospital Foundation, men’s health organizations, and Nightshift Ministries, which addresses poverty and homelessness in the Lower Mainland.

We try to be the builders we would want in our own homes
Good working relationships are founded in trust and respect, and the best solutions come when everyone involved in a project collaborates – from the carpenters to the client.
That’s why, at Lentel, we focus on building productive relationships: with our clients, suppliers, permitting agencies, fellow building professionals, and within our team. It means that we are able to create solutions based on our network, as well as our skills.
We make respectful, open communication a priority – along with a positive, solutions-oriented approach. In short, we try to be the builders we would want in our own homes.
Our team has a reputation for being:
-
Up front and honest
We know that a new home or renovation is a big investment and we’ll tell you – up front – what your best options are, what your project will cost, and how long it will take. (Learn more about our process.)
-
Committed
We take on a limited number of projects at a time, so that you get our full attention from start to finish.
-
Responsive
Our office staff, project manager, and site supervisors are available to answer your questions, and you can track the progress of your project online through our client portal.
-
Time and budget-conscious
We set a realistic project schedule and budget at the beginning of projects. If changes are needed, we discuss them with you right away. There are no surprises or hidden charges on our invoices.
-
Professional
Our work sites are clean and well-organized and our team is Red Seal-certified, respectful and friendly. Neighbours love us.
We’re committed to excellence in our team and in our practices
In addition to their Red Seal-certified skills, our carpentry team has years of experience – many have been working with us for more than 15 years. We handpick our trade associates using the same criteria for excellence – they all share our belief in doing high quality work with careful attention to detail.

We also know how to build sustainable housing that is not only energy efficient, but designed for resource conservation, superior air quality, and durability. It’s what Lentel has always been about – building homes that give people a better quality of life.
