In our search for a new home we came upon a beauty in the Cove Links area. It was clear after a home inspection that we had found our home, as the inspector claimed that he had never given a house such high marks as this particular one. When my wife and I decided to build our dream piano studio, we solicited friends and local Delta homeowners to refer the best construction companies to contact. In 2008, our family moved into a spec house built by Lentel Construction. Prior to completing the purchase of this home, we required an inspection as one of our subjects. The inspector was blown away by the quality of the build and told us we couldn’t ask for a home constructed better than that one. It had a perfect inspection rating.
So, when we set out to build our dream home in 2018, Lentel was at the top of our list, but we still did our due diligence by interviewing different builders. No matter how many companies we met with, no one compared to Lentel. Greg and Harry’s relaxed yet confident demeanor, and honest approach to what the build could look like within our budget, immediately put us at ease. Also, this incredible family team built on loyalty, honesty and trust has a very talented and reliable crew working alongside them.
Whether we were speaking to contract workers, the project managers, or Greg and Harry, we felt like we were being heard and cared for every step along the way. Communication was clear and consistent, and the trades worked alongside each other effortlessly. The work environment was very respectful in regards to communication amongst each other, towards us, and physically for our surrounding neighbours.
And due to Greg and Harry’s timely, honest and clear communication, Lentel completed our project ON TIME and ON BUDGET. We moved into our home in March 2020, and even to this day I feel grateful for the wonderful experience we had building our beautifully crafted dream home. I always told my husband I was scared to build a home, but Lentel made it feel fun and easy, and if I had to, I would do it all over again with their guidance.

I want to thank Lentel Construction for such amazing work done on our home.
The level of care taken during all the construction was amazing. The different tradespeople they arranged all did exceptional work. Whether it was the drywall workers that seamlessly blended existing walls into the new ones, or the flooring craftsman that milled transition pieces from our hardwood planks to blend into our tile floors, they all were great. It is hard to point out all the subtle things that were done beyond expectation, as it all just fits.
As for their professionalism, they communicated well and stayed on the schedule I had. All the billing and invoices for work were clearly laid out, with no surprises.
We feel so fortunate to have Lentel Construction do our work, especially after watching delays with neighboring construction projects.

When I moved to Ladner, I searched long and hard for a home that was both appealing and built with quality. Coming from a family of builders in Northern BC, this was extremely important to me. We had our kitchen and family room renovated and our experience with Lentel Construction was wonderful from beginning to end! We were away for most of the renos, but the communication was great.
