estimate and schedule

Once you have a preliminary plan on paper, we will give you a preliminary estimate of how much your project will cost to build. If you commit to going forward, then we sign a contract, create construction drawings, and a defined scope of work.


Preparation is key to completing a project on time and on budget with as few issues as possible, and the earlier we’re involved in the process the better.

Whether you’re building a new home or renovating, we start by taking care of your applications and permits. Then we secure the necessary building materials and schedule our team and trade partners so that we can deliver the level of quality we’re known for, within the scheduled budget and timeline.

During this phase, we recommend that you choose as many of your finishings and key appliances as you can; many clients choose to work with one of the interior designers in our network.


When construction begins, our long-time team works with friendly professionalism. We know that construction projects can be disruptive to you and your neighbours, so we take care to keep a clean worksite and behave respectfully at all times.
During construction, we handle the inspection process at each stage and make sure that everything is properly approved.


Our work process and billing are transparent. We update you regularly on the progress of your build. If we encounter unexpected problems, we notify you immediately and work towards a timely solution.

We don’t believe in hidden charges or surprise bills, so if something comes up we let you know. And our invoicing is transparent – we attach all subtrade bills so that you have an accurate and honest account of expenses.

Our goal is to complete every project on time, on budget, and with the trademark high quality that has allowed us to build a business almost entirely on referrals.
