At Lentel, our reputation for high-quality work, integrity, and great customer service makes us a builder of choice in South Delta – which means that we offer our team steady employment on projects they can be proud of.

From time-to-time, we hire Red Seal-certified carpenters whose skills and approach are a fit for our team – and we also support apprentices in achieving their Red Seal certification, and offer work experience to students at local South Delta high schools.

###  We’re a mid-size builder with big opportunities 

Lentel’s size gives our building crew the opportunity to get to know our clients, work on a full range of tasks, take initiative, and learn about new building science – in ways that just aren’t possible at large homebuilding companies. For carpenters who like variety in their work, new challenges, and the opportunity to build their skills with industry-leading practices, it’s an ideal work environment.
