We have always insisted on straight lines, solid construction, and durable materials – even though the client might not see behind the drywall.” ### Our reputation is our most powerful marketing tool The quality of a Lentel-built home almost speaks for itself – ask around, and you’ll see what we mean. Since we started Lentel Construction in 1975, we’ve been able to build our business almost entirely on referrals: from clients, from people who have lived in one of our homes, and from neighbours who have watched our houses being constructed on their street. Building practices, technology, and materials may have changed, but there’s one thing that will never change at Lentel – our passion for doing things right! ## We know that longevity and integrity go hand-in-hand We believe that a good homebuilder doesn’t just build a house, they add value to a community. Our family has been part of the South Delta community since 1948, and our homes have been sheltering families for nearly half a century. Under our roofs, our friends and neighbours – and their friends and families – have built their lives, invested their wealth, and planned their dreams. Our connection to our community runs so deep that we’ve even built homes for three generations of the same family! It’s not a responsibility we take lightly. That’s why our passion for doing things right is also a passion for dealing fairly and honestly, creating things that last, and looking after the people we care about. If changes are needed, we discuss them with you right away.
